Over 700 people came through our doors for Halloween half term! They were entertained by our Halloween ‘Whodunnit’ quiz and informed by the lovely teams who joined us, GMP Traffic and GMP Special Officers.
We hope these sorts of numbers will be duplicated at our Special Christmas Saturday on the 6 December. There’s only 18 more sleeps to go! The museum elves are frantically wrapping traditonal toys for Santa to give to all the good children who visit the museum grotto. GMP Band have also been confirmed and will be playing carols for us in the Transport gallery, where you can nibble on a mincepie whilst getting into the holiday spirit. Santa will be given a special escort into the museum by our very own Traffic unit as well, so it’s going to be a great day.
