- A preliminary visit to the museum must be included for all physical bookings.
- A preliminary tech check must be included for all digital sessions.
Important notice:
Due to the age of the building we do have a lift to the first floor, but this cannot be used in the event of an emergency. Therefore all visitors to the first floor must be able to evacuate the premises via the stairs in an emergency situation. If you think this may affect you then please let us know, as we will need to provide you with a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan, or PEEP.
