John Edward Edmonds

Died on 26th February 1909

Constable Edmonds was on duty on 7th November 1908, when he fell over a wall near the railway station goods yard in Romiley. He sustained an injury to his knee, and received treatment for this at Stockport Infirmary. On 23rd January 1909 Constable Edmonds was admitted to hospital as a result of complications due to the injury. He died on Friday 26th February 1909.

He was 38.
